I'm Amy Hayden. I was an older mom who quit smoking and needed stress management strategies. I used to have a lot of muscle tension, couldn't focus, and was constantly thinking of the past or the future, and exhausted. I turned to less healthy methods of managing. I knew there had to be a better way. Now, I have much better skills. I obtained my Masters of Science degree in Health Promotion Management. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). I have been a corporate Health Coach for 6 years. I learned different methods of stress management including Qiging, Tai Chi, and meditation. I'm certified to teach Stress Management. Now I'm sharing these methods with you!
I'm a Certified Tai Chi and Qigong teacher with the Institute of Integral Tai Chi and Qigong(IIQTC). I am also a Certified Holden Qigong Teacher. I'm a current student in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) certification program. I completed a mindfulness meditation certification and am now a certified Aromatherapist! I love learning more about the mind-body connection and how to help myself and others make the most of each day.
